Gaia in Love is a women-led company. On this International Women’s Day, we want to honor all who identify as female. We will focus on women’s wellness.
We danced with both joy and resolve to lift the rights of women and girls. Thanked them and talked through our values on gender equality as a team, as well as mental health. At Gaia in Love, we believe a woman should never feel bad.
A Morning of Roses
When male team members greeted their female colleagues with roses and kind words, it showed respect and recognition for their work. We reminded ourselves that every International Women’s Day is important. This day, all the Gaia-ers gathered to listen to our women’s voices.
Gaia in Love will continue the commitment from the past. Especially, always thinking about how women can feel recognized at work.

This afternoon our team enjoyed a delicious lunch celebrating the women of Gaia in Love. Lots of laughter, narrative and gratitude.
We must create space for dialogue around health, emotional weight, and the pressures of conforming to a gender standard. International Women’s Day is about creating awareness for women, empowerment by women and support from everyone.
