With great pleasure, Gaia in Love presents the terms and conditions that will govern our business partnership.
Your relationship with Gaia in Love is governed by these OEM adult toy terms and conditions. They make clear expectations for each other in order to promote productive business collaboration. Please be aware that warranty claims need documentation proving manufacturing flaws as well as unambiguous proof of original purchase. Every product has a standard one-year warranty.
2. Terminologies
The OEM adult toy manufacturer Gaia in Love is referred to as the “seller.”
Any B2B client placing an order is referred to as a “buyer.”
“Products” includes vibrators for women, specifically sex toys, and adult toys from Gaia in Love.
“Flaw” any manufacturing flaw found within the warranty period.
“Claim for Warranty” a warranty-covered request for a repair, replacement, or reimbursement.
3. Terms Accepted
These terms and conditions for adult toy suppliers were created to safeguard both Gaia in Love and our customers. Throughout our business dealings, they establish mutual expectations and guarantee clear communication. The buyer fully agrees to these terms and conditions by placing an order with Gaia in Love.
4. Placing an Order and Paying Words
PayPal, L/C, and T/T are accepted forms of payment. A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation under standard payment terms, with the remaining amount due prior to shipment. We need written confirmation and negotiate specific terms. Payments with credit cards are accepted with prior authorization.
5. Order Cancellation and Modification
- Orders that have been confirmed but not yet had a deposit paid may be changed or canceled at any time.
- You can talk about changes once you’ve paid the deposit and before production begins. Cancellations are not permitted.
- After we confirm the order and start production or stock preparation, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations.
- Once confirmed, we are unable to alter or cancel custom OEM and ODM orders.
We only accept a limited number of returns or exchanges because of the intimate nature of our products. They are only accepted for fulfillment errors or manufacturing flaws.
6. Product Guarantee and Quality
A thorough adult toy manufacturer warranty policy is provided by Gaia in Love. We promise that there are no manufacturing flaws in our products. One year from the date of purchase is the duration of this warranty. Clear proof of purchase and documentation demonstrating manufacturing flaws are necessary for warranty claims.
7. Refunds and Returns
For more information, please see our comprehensive return and refund policy for adult toys. The nature of our products is intimate. We only accept returns or exchanges for manufacturing flaws or mistakes in fulfillment.
8. Privacy
The adult toy confidentiality agreement must be followed by purchasers. All customer information, including but not limited to personal information and sexual orientation data, and product designs must be kept completely private.
The buyer’s OEM and ODM designs are protected for a predetermined amount of time, as agreed upon in writing. During this time, Gaia in Love ensures that these designs won’t be disclosed, sold, or duplicated without permission. After the protection period ends, any further rights will be granted in accordance with the conditions of any separate licensing agreement that the parties have signed.
9. Protection of Intellectual Property
The buyer’s OEM and ODM designs are protected for a predetermined amount of time, as agreed upon in writing. During this time, Gaia in Love ensures that these designs won’t be disclosed, sold, or duplicated without permission.
10. Limitations on Liability
No express or implied liability, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, is accepted by Gaia in Love. Damages brought on by abuse, carelessness, or disregard for product instructions are not our responsibility. At our sole discretion, our liability is strictly limited to replacement or refund.
11. Customs, Shipping, and Delivery
Flexible shipping terms, such as FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW, are available from Gaia in Love. We provide comprehensive export documentation for easy customs clearance and prepare packaging in accordance with international standards. Customs clearance obligations are outlined in each contract and adhere to the shipping terms that were agreed upon. Detailed tracking information and estimated delivery times are provided after shipment departure, and cargo insurance is offered upon request to safeguard items while in transit.
12. Modifications
Gaia in Love maintains the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take into account changing industry standards, legal requirements, and business practices. Every update has a clear effective date and is posted on our website. To guarantee continued compliance, buyers are responsible for checking the most recent version.
Major changes will also be directly communicated by email or registered contact channels.
13. The Law Governing
The laws of the People’s Republic of China will apply to these terms. Any disagreements must follow the procedures outlined on our Dispute Resolution & Confidentiality page.
The parties first decide to use amicable negotiation to try to find a solution. After that, disputes go to CIETAC arbitration or, if agreed upon, the Shantou People’s Court. This jurisdiction clause takes precedence over any conflicting venue and is enforced regardless of the buyer’s locati0n.
