OWNERSHIP AND FUNDING INFORMATION
We proudly run Shantou Gaia Culture Co., Ltd., under the brand Gaia in Love, as a privately owned sole proprietorship. Our founder Rose Xin is on a squad she can control, own and drive her vision. As an independent, private business we are better equipped to provide products and services that will allow customers time and money savings.
1. Ownership Structure
- Company Type: Sole Proprietorship
- Ownership: The business is fully owned by Rose Xin, who owns all the shares.
- Rose Xin, Founder: The founder of the company and the one who grew it to success.
2. Funding Sources
We are self funded, so we have complete control and independence over our business. Much of this capital is allocated to:
- Company Operations: Handling daily business expenses and management.
- R&D: Continuing R&D, increase spend to support product innovation and improvements.
We also spend money on building up further capacity as well as entering into new geographies.
3. Grants and Subsidies
We have received multiple government grants and recognitions in keeping with having innovation and technology at the core of what we do, such as:
- Government Subsidies: Financial backing from government institutions that intends to motivate.
- High Tech Awards: Recognition and rewards for our innovation which has literally fueled the growth of the company.
4. No Current Financing or Investment Intentions
At this stage we have no plans to raise any finance, and are not looking for external investors in the company. We remain independent and we are self-financed.
5. Future Plans
There are no current external funding or investment plans. However, we remain open to future opportunities that could support our growth and innovation goals.
