4. Ordering and Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include T/T, L/C, and PayPal. Standard payment conditions require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. We negotiate specific terms and require written confirmation. Credit card payments are acceptable upon prior approval.
5. Order Modification and Cancellation
- Orders confirmed but without deposit paid can be modified or canceled freely.
- After you pay the deposit and before production starts, you may request modifications through discussion. We do not permit cancellations.

- We cannot change or cancel custom OEM and ODM orders once confirmed.
- Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns or exchanges are strictly limited. We only accept them for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

Protection period expiry and subsequent rights shall follow the terms of any separate licensing agreement executed by the parties.

OEM and ODM designs provided by the Buyer remain protected under a specific protection period agreed upon in writing. Gaia in Love guarantees no unauthorized disclosure, resale, or duplication of these designs during this period.
Gaia in Love accepts no liability, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to comply with product instructions. Liability is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion.

Gaia in Love offers flexible shipping terms including FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW. We prepare packaging to meet international standards and provide complete export documentation for smooth customs clearance. Customs clearance responsibilities follow the agreed shipping terms and are confirmed in each contract. Estimated delivery times and detailed tracking information follow shipment departure, and cargo insurance is available upon request to protect goods during transit.
12. Amendments
Gaia in Love reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions periodically. Amendments reflect evolving business practices, legal requirements, and industry standards. We post all updates on our website with a clear effective date. Buyers bear the responsibility of reviewing the latest version to ensure ongoing compliance.

13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall adhere to the dispute resolution mechanisms detailed on our Dispute Resolution & Confidentiality page.
Parties agree first to seek resolution through friendly negotiation. Disputes then proceed to CIETAC arbitration or, if agreed, to the People’s Court in Shantou. We enforce this jurisdiction clause regardless of the Buyer’s location, superseding any conflicting venue.
